<p>In this article, we will implement a model of sending an email containing a discount code for customers who leave a review with a rating of 4, 5 stars and with photos or videos.</p>

<li>Click <strong>Create workflow</strong>.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Select a trigger</strong>, and then select the <a href="https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-flow/reference#triggers">trigger</a> that starts the workflow. Here we choose <strong>&#8220;New review: A2Reviews &#8211; New review received &#8221;<br />

For example, when a customer leave a review with 4, 5 star rating, system will send a thank you email, in which you can include a discount code for the next product purchase.<br />

<p>Do some of the following checks:</p>

<li>Make sure you have installed A2Reviews chrome extension <a href="https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/a2reviews-aliexpressamazo/hpkciffmmkehlgidnpeoagmkghpkdgai">https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/a2reviews-aliexpressamazo/hpkciffmmkehlgidnpeoagmkghpkdgai</a></li>
<li>Check if you&#8217;re getting Captcha from AliExpress.<br />
&#8211; To check for captcha, go to an AliExpress product where you are looking to import reviews from that product.<br />
&#8211; Then scroll and scroll to the product reviews, You can see that the section shows captcha if AliExpress is looking to verify from you. You just need to drag the slider from left to right to verify. Then go to the A2Reviews app and try to import reviews again.<br />

<p>The reason for this is that images from AliExpress have been restricted to the A2Reviews app for select countries such as Brazil, Spain, Germany, etc.</p>
<p>To fix this problem, the solution we come up with is to transfer those images to our server.</p>
